Maximising Your Digital Identity: Step-by-Step IT Support, MFA Setup, and Software Licence Activation

To ensure every student takes full advantage of the enterprise software ecosystem provisioned by Fellowship University, the Information Technology Directorate has published an updated onboarding guide covering identity activation, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and third-party licence provisioning.

Every degree candidate is issued a unique institutional digital identity formatted as [username]@followuni.com. This identity acts as the primary master key for all Single Sign-On (SSO) services, including the Student Portal, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Claude Pro (Education), ChatGPT Plus (Education), and Adobe Creative Cloud.

The IT Helpdesk operates a seven-day global support service to assist students across international executive and digital fellowship learners with password resets, MFA hardware token binding, software installation troubleshooting, and licence renewals.

"Our dedicated IT team is committed to ensuring zero downtime for our learners," confirmed the Lead Support Engineer. "If you encounter any difficulty activating a software package or authenticating on a personal device, our technicians are on standby to resolve your ticket swiftly."
