Induction at Fellowship University for students who already work

New students at Fellowship University meet a named adviser in the first week. The session checks that the student can open the learning platform, find the handbook, and name the first deadline. A second sitting is held for students who cannot attend the first clock time.

Recordings are posted the same day. Watching the recording counts as attendance for online students.
