Lead online universities as institutions—registries, integrity, and timezone teaching—not as a content dump.
Online only

Online higher education fails when leadership copies campus rituals onto a laptop: one local office hour, one local exam clock, one local helpdesk that sleeps while another continent sits the paper. This degree treats digital HE as a full institution—registry, quality, integrity, faculty load, and the ethics of hubs that speak ES/PT/HI without quietly changing the award language. You will map a student journey from application to award for a learner in Recife, a learner in Pune, and a learner on a night shift in Europe, and you will find where the institution still behaves as if everyone were in one city. FollowLap University’s own posture is the case: no campus gate, tuition-free online pathway, identity-checked assessment. You will not be trained to claim QTS or a ministry teaching licence. Seminars rotate. Assessment stays English unless a bilingual track is explicit. The award is academic leadership literacy for digital providers, not a seat at a UN education agency. You will write two artefacts every leader of digital HE should fear: a teaching grid that can be staffed in three meridian blocks, and a public webpage that does not show a sandstone campus. Faculty load, external-examiner literacy, and examination-fee ethics sit beside integrity design. ES/PT/HI support is scheduled like any other service. The capstone dataset must come from online provision. If the only cases you know are residential universities, you will have to unlearn them here.
Thirty-six credits: digital institution design, integrity and registry, faculty and timezone teaching, and a leadership capstone. Memos plus identity-checked exams.

Modules are assessed through a published mix of coursework, applied projects, and examinations. Exam windows are announced in advance so students in other time zones are not forced into overnight sittings. Alternative arrangements are available where documented.
The published duration is 18 months. Teaching language: English (ES/PT/HI support hubs do not change the language of assessment unless a bilingual pathway is stated). Actual time-to-complete depends on mode and any recognised prior learning.
This is a fully online award. You study from your country. No student visa and no campus relocation are required.
Degree tuition for this award is published as £0 / tuition-free on the online pathway. Examination or administrative fees may apply at checkout — never an annual tuition invoice. Check the Fees page for any extras.
Requirements are grouped on this page (academic, English, documents). Equivalent qualifications are considered. English may be waived after prior English-medium study.
Assessment is typically a mix of coursework, projects, and examinations. Doctoral awards include a thesis or dissertation and an oral examination. Details sit in the programme specification and module outlines.
Recognition of the award for local employment, professional licence, or ministry attestation is decided by your employer or regulator. FollowLap University publishes verification pages for certificates. We do not claim automatic equivalence in every country.
