This paper evaluates a FollowLap health-management MSc with students in Brazil, Portugal, India and the Gulf. Capstones that improved a real roster, referral or medicines list beat generic strategy essays. Language hubs helped Portuguese speakers enter; assessment remained explicit about English or supported bilingual submission rules. FollowLap University should keep health management distinct from clinical qualification. Digital global education is justified when the clinician remains in service.
